I/we understand by doing so my property retains the existing zoning classification, and if officially designated by City Council, would add the Historic Overlay Zone as part of the official City of Bowling Green Zoning Map. I/we understand in the future a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) may be required for future exterior alterations. I/we also grant permission for the Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, City Council, and City Staff to enter the property for purposes of viewing the property, excluding buildings, and that pictures may be taken and shared as needed for the purpose of historic designation only.
